Tomatoes for Constipation

If you are suffering with constipation eat a fresh red tomato first thing in the morning, sprinkled with a little salt. Within an hour or two, you will have a bowel movement! Believe me, I've had stubborn bowels for decades and this really works!
P.S. I do this only every other day due to acid content in tomato.
