Remove permanent markers from laminated surfaces

To remove permanent markers from items that have been laminated, spray with Lysol and gently rub with a tissue or a cottonball. I work with 3 year olds and we cannot use nail polish remover or anything with a strong odor. The Lysol works much better than nail poish remover too.
