Skinned chicken breasts for the number of people dining
About a 1/4 pound of ham or bacon with the fat removed
Approx. 1/4 pound of tasty cheese
Slice the chicken breasts in half, but not cutting all the way through and place on a piece of cling film.
Beat the breast out flat.
Add the diced ham or bacon.
Sprinkle the cheese on top.
Roll up the chicken, being careful to make sure the filling does not "escape". Season to tate.
Wrap tightly in the cling film to make a parcel, sealing the edges.
Place in a steamer and cook for approx. 1/12 hours.
This is not as time consuming as it appears and is very tasty and filling.
