Make your own afterbath splash

Here is a recipe to make a refreshing citrus- scented lotion, that you can use as an after bath splash

To Make 5floz/150ml

• 4oz/115ml rubbing alcohol
• 3 teaspoons lemon essence
• Juice of 1 lime

In a small bowl, combine the alcohol, lemon essence and lime juice. Shake well and then transfer to a covered jar and store in the refrigerator. If you suffer with dry skin, use a moisturizer after using this splash,

Why not add? Comments By: Vicki This sounds really great especially for summer. But why not add glycerin to counter the drying effects of the alcohol or would that not work? I'm wondering if the glycerin would also act somewhat as a perservative for the juice.
