I see several posts wondering where to get hydrogen peroxide. You want the 3% for oral use, and you can get it at any drug store. I get it at Walmart for 53 cents for 16 oz. CHEAP and very effective. Of course you can get the baking soda at Walmart (or any grocer) too, also extremely cheap. It works amazing, when I use it I can just watch the foam from all the bacteria being killed.
