Here are some tips to give you a pearly white smile!!

Sip through a straw when you are drinking any beverages like coke, coffee, tea,ect.

Chew apples,carrots,and celery to help get rid of stains.

Try to avoid sweets. Most of you heard crest white strips!They make your teeth white in 14 days and last up to 6 months!

Another great tip is to take a couple of strawberrys and mash them into a dish or bowl. Then taking your finger spread the pulp all over your teeth. Leave it on for a miniute or 2 and brush it off throughly.

Enjoy your pearly white smile!!!

TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS ABOVE:::: no its actually better not to eat the strawberries, for they actually take the stain and dirt off of your teeth and clean the enamel of your teeth, making them white....however what is on the strawberry is now a bunch of DIRTY DISGUSTING DEAD and OLD dirt, grime and stains from you teeth...eating them is the same as not brushing your teeth...eating the strawberry can PERHAPS RASIE THE RISK of ( altho kind of rare) other body diseases....especially stomache disesase since thats where it goes....   Good Common Sense Comments By: Badd_Spelllehr Most of these things are nothing new, but they are good tips all the same. Basically, its just common sense when it comes to cleaning and caring for your teeth. And yes, please don't eat the strawberries afterwards.
