Have you ever looked inside your teapot. The gunk that accumulates is frightening.
To clean your teapot. Boil a mixture of water and vinegar in the teapot, and then wipe away the grime.
Warning: Do not put a ceramic teapot on the hob as it will blow up. Instead boil the whole pot inside a big pan of water and vinegar and then boil.
