Eggs. Tips for using in cooking and baking

If you are baking and the recipe you are using calls for two eggs, but you only have one - you can still make a great meal. Just substitute three tablespoons of milk and a half teaspoon of baking soda instead of the egg.

When running short on making breakfast, crumble a few saltines into your eggs to make your plate of eggs larger!
