Beans can be a real problem for some people. They produce in lots of gas, flatulence.

You can use beans in your recipes and every one can eat them using this tip. All you have to do is use three stalks of celery cut up into small pieces and put into your recipe for every two cups of beans that you are adding. Celery really doesn't have a taste, but it fights that gas that beans give you.
