Eggnog. Tips to remove Eggnog stains on clothes and fabric

Eggnog is a delicious dairy treat that is often served over the holidays.  If you have an eggnog stain, use these tips to get that stain out of your fabrics.

Dab up any wet excess liquid that you can from the fabric.  If the eggnog is already dried on be sure to scrape off or brush off any excess that you can.

Treat the eggnog stained area with a pre treatment, stain stick or spray.  Let this sit for about ten minutes.

Soak the fabric in a bucket of warm or cold (not hot) water for about an hour.

Rinse the fabric and let it dry, re inspect the eggnog stain.

Apply a clean liquid detergent to the stain and re-soak it any eggnog stain still remains.
