Apple Cider Vinegar to whiten teeth

Gargle with apple cider vinegar daily especially in the morning. Then brush as usual. This will help to remove stains and whiten teeth especially effective in killing bacteria in the mouth and on the gums.

It is always said that after drinking apple cider DO NOT brush ur teeth but do gargle with water because apple cider makes teeth yellow.... use salt and mustard oil and brush ur teeth with this mixture.... hope it works for u guys
