Apple Cider Vinegar to whiten teeth

Gargle with apple cider vinegar daily especially in the morning. Then brush as usual. This will help to remove stains and whiten teeth especially effective in killing bacteria in the mouth and on the gums.

Bathing the teeth in any acid - not least apple cider vinegar will damage teeth by attacking the enamel. Far from whitening the teeth it will lead to permanent discolouration as the underlying soft dentin is exposed and erodes at an acclerated rate.   BAD advice Comments By: kk on 2009-10-06 Remove this post.
