Exercise for a flatter stomach

Lie on your back. inhale and then, as you exhale, slowly curl your head and shoulders upwards and slide your hands up your thighs towards your knees.

Pause. Inhale, and then exhale while uncurling down to a resting position. Repeat 10 times.

....this was the advice i got from the hospital after giving birth to get my stomach flat again.......oh how i wish id followed it lol!!
