Wine stain. Removed with detergent and water

Do you have a wine stain on a non washable fabric? On non washable fabrics, sponge the effected area with a sponge that has been dipped in a detergent solution (dish soap or laundry type) and then wrung out and then follow dabbing the stained area with clean water.
