After or instead of brushing your teeth with toothpaste get some bicarbonate of soda and dip your damp toothbrush into it.you will notice whiter teeth in weeks

wow!! Comments By: Betti on 2009-10-26 Amazing, it really works! this is the ingreedient in most whitening toothpastes like Arms and Hammer. I would advise you to brush ypur teeth as normal first and then with bicarbonate ( just dip a damp toothbrush into the powder) just so that your breath is fresh :)
