Get a eyebrow brush (it will have bristles on one edge and a very fine comb on the other) and put some vaseline(petroleum jelly) on the comb part and then comb your lashes.
Its just like clear mascara and if you happen to cry or fall asleep with it on, no more Alice Cooper style eyes!!!!
