careful!! Comments By: rosie This method is ok to use periodically, but salt is an abrasive so only use evry few weeks, not daily or weekly or you'll damage the teeth.   DONT DO THIS!! We tell our patients OVER AND OVER AND OVER...sucking on limes/lemons is bad for your teeth. It melts away the enamel...like an ACID!! This is great if you want to have sensitive, weak teeth and later on...end up needing your teeth pulled.
