Baking soda for the whitest teeth ever!!!

If you want your whitest teeth ever use baking soda it may be slightly abhrasive but it works just scrub really hard once or twice a week.

Amusing but sad, but as for the baking soda tip, I thought I was the only person in the world doing this. I used to sail a lot and would always use sea salt to brush my teeth when under way.
