Drooping tulips

When you bring your tulips indoors and have them, take a sharp knife and put a small cut(just about the length of the knife tip) through the stem under the flower vertically.

Remember also to cut the bottom of the stem as you normally would before placing in the water. I guarantee you that your tulips will never droop!!

...is to take a needle and push it all the way through the stem about half an inch below the flower. Never fails

i tried both methods on a newly purchased bunch of tulips, they still drooped and this time wilted!!
