Color each eyebrow separately. First, use clear mascara over the eyebrow. While the eyebrow is still wet, apply color to the brow with a very thin eyebrow brush (they are very thin and sometimes slanted) or use a eye liner brush which is also very thin.You can use a quality eyeshadow or an eyebrow color that comes comes in eyeshadow form. The color ends up sticking to the wet eyebrow hair!
