I have heard of many ways people use eyliner like coating a whole lot on!! But i found out a better way simply lite the end of your eyeliner with a lighter (not on fire)!!! and wait til' cooled then simply run it on the bottem eyelid first. This is a great way to keep it simple and fast i have also noticed how this last longer!!! COME ON TRY IT!!1
