Insane Cartoon Shiny Lips

After putting on lipstick, put a light line of baby powder or cornstarch on your lip where you want the shine to be. Put Vaseline on the opposite corners of your lips and gently rub lips together. 

OR instead of powder or cornstarch, use white eye shadow before putting the Vaseline on. Be sure only to put a light line, like one swoop from the eye shadow brush. Don't fill the whole lip up or it'll look fake.
