To get your mind off of eating do the dishes. You'll find that your craving passes after a few minutes. If you're really hungry, you'll still want food after you do a chore. And another tip: If it's true hunger, you crave healthy foods like strawberries and blueberries or carrots if you want something crunchy. If it's false hunger, you tend to crave the bad stuff like pizza or tacos.
