To make 1 sachet
10 dried bay leaves, crumbled
2 tablespoons each of dried sage, oregano, basil, thyme and lavender flowers, crumbled
3 tablespoons dried rosemary, crumbled
� cup orris root
Place all the ingredients in a bowl and combine well. Then put 3 tablespoons of the mixture on a 4 x 4 in/100mm piece of cheesecloth. Tie the corners together with a ribbon.
