Freeze Bananas. Uses for Old Bananas

You can save unused bananas for later in the week or month by baking and then mashing and freezing in one-cup portions that the kids will love to use as popsicles. You can place whole, peeled bananas in plastic bags and freeze with the same effect.

easy freezy bananas Comments By: Diana on 2006-02-20 Simply put an aging banana in the freezer, no wrapping needed, just chuck it in. Take it out months later, thaw, and use in banana bread or some similar recipe needing banana mush.
