Removing paint stains

Turpentine will work on paint stains. Just soak and scrape the old paint with an putty knife or razor blade.

Vinegar and water will remove newly dried paint from glass surfaces by soaking the paint with the mixture and then wiping off.

Apply nail varnish remover to old paint marks on windows to get them off quick. Wait a few minutes and wash off with a rag.

If you only have a bit of turpentine, you can mix it with ammonia to get stubborn paint off.
