Use a few cinnamon sticks, boil them in water, and the cinnamon smell will be released all through the house!
Put a sheet of aluminum foil in the oven and sprinkle cinnamon all over it. You can bake the cinnamon for up to an hour on a temperature of about 250 or 300 degrees and the smell will go through out your home with out having to burn candles!
