You can put maginets on the back of the bottle caps and spell out the different brands...for example:
if you have a collection of Budweiser Caps you could spell out Budweiser with the Budweiser Caps. Coke Caps spell out Coke. Coors spell out Coors or you can use them to post messages on the frigerator as well.
