Cleaning vinyl records

Submitted by David

One part isopropyl, 3 parts distilled water, couple of drops of washing up liquid and your records will be superclean.

99.9% ISOPROPYL Comments By: mystic fred on 2009-08-06
I use 99.9% pure isopropyl alchohol for cleaning records, it leaves no residue, is volatile and effective, though workspace needs plenty of ventilation.

forgot to mention you must add at least 50% de-ionised water to it, isopropyl must not be used "neat" !!
